About me

Hi! My name is Shahmeer Rana. I am 20 year old ECE student and on most days you'll find me lazing around watching some anime or playing games. I am a big gaming enthusiast and love to play games with stories and you may find me often quoting lines from games, shows or movies. One of my favourite games is Red dead redemption 2 and I aspire to be part of a studio that creates such phenomenal games one day.

On this website you will find the work I did as I took the fab lab courses at the University of Oulu.

My background

I was born in Islamabad, Pakistan. I have fond memories of my time growing up there and while there were certain issues with the country, one cannot take away the beauty of the city for there was much to explore. You could find an area densely populated with trees or go up a mountain for the view and explore a whole town even.

Hobbies

I don't have much in terms of actual work that can be showed so I'll instead list my hobbies

Reading📚
I like to read in my free time. While I don't have a set genre, I prefer older literature and fantasy/fictional novels. The most recent book I read was Crime and Punishment by Dostoyevsky

Gym💪
I go to the gym regularly.

Volleyball🏐
This is a more recent hobby which I have started since coming here and has become an integral part of my Routine.
